- Registration is subject to availability and confirmation by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our sole discretion.
3. Fees
- Participation in Training Sessions is subject to fees. Fees may change without prior notice.
- Payment is required to confirm registration and secure a place in the Training Session.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Training Sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
5. Participant Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during Training Sessions.
- We reserve the right to remove any Participant from a Training Session if their conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during Training Sessions, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and software demonstrations, are the intellectual property of QNE Optimum Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided during Training Sessions.
- In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in Training Sessions.
